Returns

Return requests must be submitted via nextevo.com/support/returns.  Return requests will be reviewed by NextEvo, Inc. within 24-48 business hours.  NextEvo, Inc. is responsible for the cost of the shipping charges for the return of goods. Return Authorizations (RA) will be issued upon NextEvo, Inc. approval.  All returns are negotiable and at the discretion of NextEvo, Inc.   


Conditions for Returns:

  • If product is delivered damaged, it must be reported within 14 days of the receipt.  Replacement inventory will be shipped from NextEvo, Inc. upon issuance of the RA.
  • If a consumer returns a product to your retail store within 30 days of their purchase, it must be reported within 30 days of the store return.  A credit will be issued upon issuance of the RA.
  • If the initial order inventory has not sold through within 18 months of the order, a credit will be issued for unsold goods upon issuance of the RA.

Damages /Expired /Unsaleables

Negotiated by retailer with NextEvo, Inc. authorization on unsold inventory after 12 months following the initial order
