Return Policy & Process

All requests for return of products must be made in accordance with below return policy. You shall not return any product for any reason whatsoever without NextEvo’s prior authorization. NextEvo reserves the right to deny any returns that do not comply with the below policy.

Submitting a Return Authorization Request

To submit a Return Authorization Request, completely fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

NextEvo responds to submitted requests in 24-48 business hours.

Incomplete Return Authorization Requests will not be processed. By submitting a Return Authorization Request, you represent and warrant that all information is truthful and accurate. You further agree you shall provide NextEvo additional information, as needed, so that it may fully review and process your Return Authorization Request.

Return Reasons

 NextEvo will, in its sole discretion, accept returns for the following reasons pursuant to the listed policy applicable to that reason.

  1. Damaged Product

 We’re sorry to hear your product arrived damaged! Damaged products reported within three (3) weeks of order placement are eligible for replacement.

 When filling out your Return Authorization Request form, please provide a detailed explanation of the damage. NextEvo may require pictures or other verification.

Once your return is approved, at no cost to you, NextEvo will ship a replacement for the product type and quantity damaged. NextEvo will also provide a shipping label for returning the damaged products back to NextEvo. Damaged products must be returned. If damaged products are not returned, NextEvo may charge the then listed price for the replacement products.

Return requests submitted more than three (3) weeks after order placement are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and NextEvo may, at its sole discretion, still provide replacements for such orders. 

  1. Customer Return

NextEvo stands by its products and provides a thirty (30) day satisfaction promise to all end-user customers. In the off chance one of your customers is dissatisfied for any reason and returns the product to you within 30 days, NextEvo will issue a credit to your account.

When filling out your Return Authorization Request form, please provide the customer’s date of purchase, date of return, and a brief explanation as to why.

Once your return is approved, NextEvo will place a credit on your account within 2 to 4 weeks for the value of the price you paid for the product (less taxes, handling, shipping freight, and related charges). Additionally, at no cost to you, NextEvo will provide a shipping label for sending the returned product back to NextEvo. If returned products are not sent back, NextEvo may remove the credit on your account, or if already redeemed, charge the value of the credit to the payment method on file. 

Return requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after order placement are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and NextEvo may, at its sole discretion, still provide a credit for the product.

In the event a customer returns a product to you on the basis it is defective, the thirty (30) day limitation of this policy does not apply so long as NextEvo is able to verify the defect. NextEvo will use good faith efforts when evaluating whether a product is defective or otherwise non-conforming.

  1. Product Not Selling

While NextEvo is confident your customers will love our products, in the very unlikely event products are remaining after eighteen (18) months we will accept returns of any unopened, saleable inventory. You agree to ship the remaining products back to NextEvo at your expense,. Upon receipt and inspection by NextEvo, we will issue a credit to your account equal to your acquisition cost for the returned products.
